New Delhi: The number of Black Fungus infected by the Kovid-19 pandemic has risen to 28,252, according to the Ministry of Health.
Dr Harsh Vardhan, the Union Health Minister, said that so far 28,252 cases of black fungus or mucormycosis have been reported from 28 states and Union Territories of the country, of which 86 cases are Kovid-19 and 62.3% have a history of diabetes.
Maharashtra has the highest number of black fungal infections followed by Gujarat. In Maharashtra, the number of Black Fungus infections rose to 6,339 and Gujarat to 5,486.
Meanwhile, VK Paul, a member of the Health Commission of the Policy Commission, is the country’s vaccine program. Child Kovid-19 gave a brief overview of the next wave of care preparation and the third wave of the epidemic. The total number of Covid infected people in the country now stands at 23 million, taking 141 days. India now has the second highest number of coronavirus infections in the United States with 134 days. India is in the first place.
Fastest vaccine delivery
The vaccine delivery program in the country is also fast in comparison to other countries, with 88.7 crore people worldwide being given the first dose of at least 17.9 crore people in India alone. Paul said it was 20.2 percent of the global reach.
Preparing for the third wave
Preparations for the potential third wave of the corona epidemic have already begun and preparations are almost complete. Adequate oxygen and covidine care centers are in excellent condition. Paul said many states have developed special care centers for children.
