Kasargod: Kerala BJP chief K Manmohan Singh is accused of luring a BSP candidate from Manjeshwar to withdraw his nomination papers. The court has ordered an FIR against Surendran.
CPM District Committee member and Manjeswara LDF candidate VV Ramesh filed a petition in the First Class Magistrate’s Court – II in Kasaragod.
“We have gone to court demanding a police probe into K Sundara’s claims that he had been bribed to withdraw from the election,” said C Shukoor, a lawyer for Ramesh.
