New Delhi: Vice President Venkayya Naidu, a well-known micro-blogging social networking site Twitter that has been in the news with the bluestacking of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s accounts, has now given reasons for its action.
Yes, Twitter attributed the deletion of authentication or Blue Tick to accounts of several dignitaries including Vice President M Venkaiah Nayudu and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. Twitter said it was also the company’s policy.
Account inactivity will be a decision upon login to the account. The account must be logged in at least once a month for the account to be active. Blue Tick holders need to make sure their account is complete. According to the rules, accounts must include an email address, mobile number, profile image and account name. It is said that the account will be perfect as it is.
How many accounts has Bluetooth removed?
Twitter does not comment on how many accounts have been removed from Blue Tick based on this policy. But on Twitter, which was taken down by Venkayya Naidu’s Twitter account Blue Tick on Saturday, it was reinstated following Nettir’s outrage. The RSS has also removed the bluetooth of RSS Vishystha Mohan Bhagwat and Sangh’s Suresh Joshi and Arun Kumar. Twitter has since been outraged against Twitter. The hashtag #BanTwitterInIndia was also trending. Twitter has now reinstated the blue tick of many, including Mohan Bhagwat.
What is Blue Tick, and what is its purpose?
Blue badge or bluetick confirms public interest accounts. The account holder must supply authenticated information to obtain this. This blutique serves to identify the accounts of movie stars, political elites, and others in general, whether or not they are authentic.
