Kovid-19: 38,164 new cases detected in India, 499 killed

New Delhi; A total of 38,164 new cases of coronavirus have been detected in the country in the last 24 hours ending at 8am on Monday, leaving 499 people infected with Kovidi.

The total number of infected persons in the country has reached 3,11,44,229 deaths, up from 4,14,108 on Monday, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

With the number of healers in the country rising, the number of active infections has fallen to 4,21,665.

In the past 24 hours, the total number of recoveries so far has reached 3,03,08,456, with 38,660 people healed.

According to ICMR, 14,63,593 coroners were tested in India, while 44,54,22,256 were tested.

On January 16, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a home-made covalent shield and Kovacsin Corona vaccine, claiming the vaccine’s first priority was fighting the Corona Warriors, risking their lives. Then all the citizens over the age of 45 were given the vaccine. The vaccine is being offered to all people aged 18-45 from May 1.

A total of 40.64 crore people have been vaccinated since the vaccine campaign began, according to data released by the central government.
