Washington: American actor Joe Lara of ‘Tarzan’ fame has died in a plane crash. All seven people on board, including Joe Laura, were killed.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. Saturday, local officials said. A small business jet left Tennessee Airport for Palm Beach, Florida. Shortly after the jet took off, it crashed into Lake Percy Priest in Nashville.
The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that seven people on board were killed. The plane was carrying actor Joe Laura and his wife Gwen Shablin Laura. Five locals were on board the plane with the two. Authorities said an investigation was underway into the exact cause of the crash.
Joe Laura (William Joseph Laura) is a famous American actor, martial artist and musician. Laura (William Joseph Laura) is best known for her 1989 film “Tarzan in Manhattan”. He then gained a global following through the TV series ‘Tarzan the Epic Adventures’, which aired for a year from 1996. Laura Tarzan, a martial arts expert by nature, was adventurous without dope. Laura, 55, was married to Gwen Schwamblin in 2018.
