  • Rice – 1 cup
  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Thin coconut milk – 2 cups
  • Cashews, grapes – a little
  • Cardamom powder- little
  • 1 cup of jaggery
  • Ghee- little
  • Saffron petal- little

How to do …

  • Cook the rice well in thin coconut milk.
  • Add the jaggery to the rice and add hard coconut milk and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Then put some ghee in a pan and roast the grapes and cashews.
  • Then add grapes, cashews and cardamom powder and saffron to the rice which is ready to taste.
