It is learned that a lockdown has been implemented in Delhi for the last one month. The lockdown was enforced as a large number of cases were being registered. At present, however, the number of cases in the state has dropped significantly. Hundreds are being registered. With this, permits were sanctioned with 50 per cent capacity in Delhi. Metro trains have been running with 50 per cent passengers since morning. 50 percent of stores are open. The even-odd policy implemented to reduce air pollution is now being implemented in the case of unlocking as well. The ever-crowded Carol Bagh and Old Delhi areas have become bustling again. Officials say Corona rules must be strictly adhered to even as the unlock process begins.
