THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala government has decided to issue vaccination certificates along with their ‘passport’ number to those who want to go abroad for study and work.
Kerala is ruled by the Left Democratic Front led by Chief Minister Binarayi Vijayan. To prevent the spread of corona infection, vaccinations are being given in all countries. Many countries have announced that ‘only foreigners who have been vaccinated will be allowed to enter their country’.
In addition, some countries have demanded that the corona vaccination certificate be linked to the passport number. In this context, the Government of Kerala has stated that ‘those who wish to go abroad for education and work will be issued a vaccination certificate with their passport number’. The Government of Kerala has said that those over 18 years of age in the state can apply for a copy of their passport, along with the certificate issued for two doses of vaccination, to the District Medical Officer and get the vaccination certificate with their passport number.
